Citizens pay an annual fee in the amount of 50 euros, and also pay 150 euros to get citizenship of Mefland and a passport.
Money arrives in the Bank of Mefland which spends this money to solve problems of its citizens. The property which is bought with the money from the Bank of Mefland becomes the common property of Mefland's citizens.
